Step 3: Let us know that the package has been returned with the T&T as proof and receive the purchase amount on your account
As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 1-3 working days.
Please note: do not purchase shipping labels from a carrier, they will not be reimbursed by us. Please return the original box with everything in it and do not use tape in different colors.
